It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Richard Ulrey of Lebanon, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lee Dean Ulrey; his former wife Sandy of Delphi; and his sister Leslie Haring. He is survived by: his friend Ruth Ragsdale; his wife Ruth; his sons, Sam Ulrey of Lafayette and Tim Ulrey (Azeneth) of Dayton; his grandchildren, JT, Allison, Arya and Alexandra; his siblings, Donald Ulrey (Patty) of Indianapolis, Jerrold Ulrey (Patricia) of Bloomington, Kathryn Mayes (Rick) of Plainfield and Jean Kirk (Rodney) of Raleigh, NC; Brian Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
