He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woolery and Nannie Woolery (Lamb); and his father-in-law Charlie Wines. He is survived by: his wife Diana Wines; his sons, James "Jim" Woolery (Gina) of Lebanon, Timothy Woolery (Natalie) of Jamestown and Jason Frazier (Kassie) of Lebanon; his siblings, Bud Woolery (Diana), Tommy "Nathan" Woolery, Donna Trafford (Bob) and Linda Payne (Gary); his grandchildren, Kennedy Williamson (Chris Brown), Taber Ford, Xavier Ford, Porter Woolery, Brody, Kade, Brilynn, Kellan Woolery, Charli and Cooper Frazier; his mother-in-law Wanda Wines; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Wines (Kay Hall) and David Wines.
