He is survived by: his wife Sonja Fine (Williams) of Lebanon; his children, Roy Kenneth Hale, Karen L. Saulmon (Johnny) and Kathy A. Urban (Ricky); his grandchildren, Jessica Fine Kraus, Kati J. Foster (Samm), Luke W. Hale (A. Hale), Dr. Ashleigh E. Tharp (Karl), Bayleigh J. Saulmon, Hayleigh R. Saulmon, Chelsey L. Inman (Jeff) and Macey A. Powell (Dakota); and his brother Wallace "Wally" Fine (Katie). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, with 1 on the way; 1 great-great grandchild.
