He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine T. Mafera (Monahan); and his wife Sandra L. Rauschenbach. He is survived by: his father Guy Mafera; his children, Stephen A. "Tony" Mafera (Lynn) and Stephanie F. Taylor; his granddaughters, Jessica, Natalie, Anna and Emilia; and his sisters, Linda Field, Claudia Fitzsimmons and Dianne Packer. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
