He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Moorefield of Leo; his daughters, Vikki Debaillie (Steve) of Albion, Cricket Griswold (Jonathan) of Ft. Wayne, Tracy Brumfield (Marty) of Kendallville and Edna Pullman (Steve) of Ft. Wayne; his grandchildren, Steven Debaille, Alicia Good, Renee Etzler, Mark Dolezal, Kenny, Jordan Carnahan, Nancy Puckett, Lillian, Braxton, Carson Brumfield, Bobbi Moorefield, Candice Kwiatkoske and Jackie Moorefield III; his great grandchildren, Samara, Shelby Debaille, Aydin, Gavin Good, Ellis, Emily Etzler, Hunter, Makayla, Stanley Dolezal, Aria, Savannah Carnahan, Athena Puckett, Bardley-Hart Kwiatkoske, Sara, Zalila, Tinsley Kwiatkoske, Gunnar Frickey, Dallas, Athena Caler, Mercy, Lilith and Ruin Moorefield; and his siblings, Jesse Jr., Larry Moorefield (Cinda), Beatrice Perrin and Betty Dillon (Fred).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leo American Legion 3 (14133 Leo Rd, Leo, IN 46765). The military honors was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Leo American Legion (14133 Leo Rd, Leo, IN 46765).
