He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Green (Roth); his wife Barb; his daughter Samantha Woods (Justin); his grandchildren, Sarah, Juliana, Justin Jr. and Matt Green (Elexis); his great grandchildren, Hunter and Weston; and his siblings, Beth Bussen (Tom) and Troy Green (Cindy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
