She is survived by: her husband Max Amstutz of Leo; and her sons, Jeff Amstutz (Heather) of Huntertown, Rex Amstutz of Lineville, IA, Dan Amstutz of Milo, IA and Tim Amstutz of Ft. Wayne. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
