She was predeceased by: her parents, Prosper Julbert and Jessie Julbert (Rose); her husband Leroy Moyer; and her siblings, John Julbert and Amelia Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, John Moyer (Betty), Marsha Chapman, Sue Danko (Dave), Ronald Moyer and Patsy Wallace (Pat); her grandchildren, Brian, Roshel, Daniel, Nicky, Amanda, Greg, Jennifer, Cindy, Jessica, Lacey, Jessie, Ashley, Michael and Jason; and her stepgrandson A. J. Wallace. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
