He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Martin Ball of Lexington, Indiana; his children, Michael Ball (Kelly) of Cox's Creek, Kentucky and Kristie Osborne (Jason) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his grandchildren, Brent Ball (Lindsay), Brandon Ball (Alexus), Connor Osborne and Chandler Osborne; his great grandchildren, Addilynn, Dawson, Riley and Wyatt; his sister Paulette Tomlinson of Bedford, Kentucky; and his nephew Darrin Tomlinson.
