He is survived by: his siblings, Tina McIntosh of Underwood, Connie Amick (Ed) of Scottsburg, Janice Horn of Scottsburg, Loretta Higdon (Ken Garrett) of Scottsburg and Robert Horn of Underwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
