He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Seibert Addis; his children, William C. Addis of Irmo and Pamela Moffitt (Jonathan) of Irmo; his siblings, Gail Middleton of Williamston and Henry S. Addis of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Graham Moffitt and Ashton Moffitt.
