He is survived by: his sons, Todd Cunningham of Liberty Center and Kurtis Cunningham of Florida; his stepson Eric Wise of Bluffton, SC.; and his brothers, Gary Cunningham of Mountain Home, Arkansas. and Jack Cunningham of Mountain Home, Arkansas..
