He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Buttery (Jeff Davis) and Kaitlin Proffitt; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Allia, Brody, Dillon and Molliana; his brothers, Randy Buttery and Dani Buttery; and his close friends, Linda Crawford, Cindy Morgan and Robert Smith. He is also survived by many other friends, nieces and nephews.
