He is survived by : his wife Donna Johnson; his daughters, April Engleman (Brian), Heather Allen (Emett Moore) and Christina Allen (Robert Durham); his grandchildren, Emily Durham (James Lawson), Felicia Allen-Shipp, Chloe Durham, Mason Engleman and Kendra Durham; his siblings, Donny Allen (Vickie), Nancy Cross (Alan) and Joann Bass; his sister-in-law Shelly Allen; and his close friends, Michael Stevens, Jack Wheeler and Lester Hicks.
