He is survived by: his wife Linda Schuck (Osborne); his children, Michael Stephens and Rachel Stephens; his granddaughter Hailey Stephens-Ervin of Bradenton; and his siblings, Stephen, Richard, Jim, John, Tim, Rita and Randy. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and sisters-in-law.
