It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Van Winkle of Liberty, Indiana, born in Geneva, Indiana, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Reverend Kenneth Grover and Ruth Alice Wilson Yost; her children, Kimberly Sue Rudicil, Jesse Franklin Webster, Charles Eugene Webster and Finley "Joe" Martin Webster; and her siblings, Kenneth Eugene Yost and Ruth B. Lowry.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jean Evans (Eugene) of Liberty and Vera Elsbernd (John) of Oregonia, Ohio; her grandchildren, Joseph Michael Elsbernd and Paula Jo Murphy; and her caregivers, Julie, Sheila, Angie and Joey.
