He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Pepper and Jean Hoffman Pepper; his brother-in-law Bill Fetrow; his great-nephew Nathaniel Pepper; and his parents-in-law, Don and Betty Gramman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Anne Fetrow of Columbus, Greg Pepper (Colleen) of Brookville, Susan Freeman (Don) of Merritt Island and Joan Pepper (Brian) of Durham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Bath Conservation Club.
