He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Howell; his children, Kris Givens, Chuck Jajuga, Paul Jajuga and John Jajuga; and his brothers, John Jajuga and Mike Jajuga. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and his many nieces and nephews.
