He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fulford and Virginia Fulford (Carpenter); and his brother-in-law Keith Yoder. He is survived by: his wife Vonzeal Fulford of Ligonier; his children, Jason Fulford (BillieJo) of Kendallville, Caitlin Ray (Daniel) of Millersburg and Anna Sheets (Mike) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Terry Fulford (Susan) of North Webster and Cyndi Yoder of Goshen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions can be made to family to sponsor Elkhart Township with contributions to go toward a memorial brick with his name placed on the grounds where the Wawaka school was, any other proceeds left will go to the Elkhart Township Hall.
