She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Fields and Eva Fields (Cockriel); and her husband John Haskins. She is survived by : her siblings, Jack Fields of Goshen, IN, Damon Fields (Kandi) of Cromwell, IN and Mary Love of Louisville, KY; and her nieces, Eva, Christina, Mary, Rita and Lisa.
