He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick R. Cunningham and Rose V. Cunningham (Schrock); and his brother Kyle F. Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Lori Cunningham (Maloney); his children, Tammy Moser (Tom), Gaylord Cunningham (Nancy) and Abby Boyajian (Jon); his grandsons, Tyler, Trevor, Derrick, Darin, Loren and Rex; and his sister Kay Mithoefer (Stan). He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
