She is survived by: her husband Fernando Garza; her children, Fernando Garza, Jr. (Karata) of New York and Nancy Oviedo of Ligonier; and her sisters, Tina Martinez (Pablo) of Mercedes, TX, Diana Martinez of Dallas and Mary Martinez of Mercedes, TX.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
