He is survived by: his wife Marna Ott (Church); his children, Larry Shroyer (Lorie) of Goshen, Kim DeBolt of Wolf Lake and Tod DeBolt (Stephanie) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Rachea Smith, Ashley Kilian (Jaren), Krista Parker and Brock Heintzelman (Heather); his great grandchildren, Jordan Patrick, Walker Patrick, Tayla Hays, Chloe Hays, Maddix Heintzelman, Jaxon Heintzelman, Phoenix Heintzelman, Knox Heintzelman, Axle Heintzelman, Treyton Hart, Darian Hart, Haylee Hart, Abby Kilian, Aidan Kilian, Remington Parker, Grayson Parker and Ryatt Parker; his great great grandchild Wade Patrick; and his brothers, Rick DeBolt (Bonnie) of Wawaka, Richard DeBolt of Syracuse and Steve Hutchings (Judy) of Urbana, Ohio..
