She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howell and Ethal Howell; her husband James Hunter; her son Danny Hunter; her siblings, Baby Patty Howell, Jimmy Howell, Johnny Howell, Melvin Howell, Harold Howell, Tommy Howell, Leon Howell, Norma Gabbard, Beverly Ledford and Betty Humphrey; her grandchild Thomas Ross; and her great grandchildren, Savannah and Rowan Ross.
She is survived by: her children, David Hunter (Veronica) of Crawfordsville and Debra Stamps of Linden. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral & Cremation Services (321 E S St, Linden, IN 47955). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at the Linden Cemetery (624 E 1000 N, Linden, IN 47955).
