She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbur Decker and Mary Weir Decker. She is survived by : her husband Donald Perkins of Linden; and her children, Kathy Riggen, Kelly Allen and Kevin Perkins. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
