He was predeceased by: his father George "Leo" White; his wife Tammy White (Ferree); his father-in-law Delbert Ferree; and his grandparents, Forrest, Mary Ann Coulter and Bessie White.
He is survived by: his mother Forresta "Toby" Bowersock (Coulter) of Linton; his siblings, Tracy Hamilton (Bill) of Linton and Todd White of Loveland, OH; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Alexander (Zachery) of Linton, Michele Bohnert of Evansville, Stephen Cooksey (Anthony Weaver) of Brookhaven, PA, Bria Alexander, Hendrix Alexander and Layni Alexander; and his mother-in-law Karen Ferree. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
