We are sad to announce that, on February 10, 2026, at the age of 97, Barbara Ferris of Linton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lakin and Neva Lakin (Garriott); her husband Robert Ferris; and her siblings, Robert Lakin and Kathryn Glidden.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Ferris (Karen) and Leslie Yerger (John); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Yeschick (Amanda), Ryan Ferris, Kevin Ferris, Evan Yerger (Jordan), Julia Yerger (David Vercher), Megan Yerger and Charlotte Yeschick.
In lieu of flowers, donations are accepted at Worthington Grace Point Community Church and My Density Matters.
