She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor D. Mutchler and Beulah I. Mutchler (Brown); and her husband Gerald R. "Jerry" Kramer. She is survived by: her children, Jo Ellen Kramer and J. Kevin; her daughter-in-law Susan Kramer; her grandchildren, A. Kolin (Rachael Lynn Kramer), Valerie Renae (Mark R. Boone) and Kylie Marie (Jared P. Fishero); her great grandchildren, Quinn Violet Kramer, Hugh Kramer Boone, Heidi Noelle Boone, Bowen Reid Fishero and Emmie Ann Fishero; her brother Jerry Vic; her sister-in-law Lana Mutchler; her nephews, Christopher Mutchler, Bradford Mutchler and Noah Mutchler; and her niece Daphne Mutchler.
Memorial donations may be given to the Greene County Foundation for the Jo Ellen Kramer Legacy Fund, through the funeral home.
