He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Montgomery and Rowena Elizabeth Montgomery (Smith); his grandson Joshua Brown; his stepson Ronnie Dicus; his former wife Jacci Montgomery; and his daughter Joy Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Montgomery; his children, Kathleen Brown, Leah Copas, Chad Montgomery (Heidi), Matthew Montgomery (Catrina) and Erin Owen; his stepdaughters, Karen White and Kathy Deal (Mark); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Leah Jo, Jacob, Corey, Ryan, Madelyn, Tyler, Elizabeth, Dylan and Eli; his great grandchildren, Natalee, Malcolm and Eloise; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Staci, Anna, Rebekah, Holly, Christina, Buddy, William and Mikel.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on Chuck's behalf to the Linton Community Food Pantry, through the funeral home.
