He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert H. Lawson and Estelle I. Lawson (Collins); his wife Susanne Jane Lawson (Dunning); his daughter Donna Teague; his siblings, Paul, Harold Lawson, Ruby Stidd, Corrine Mair and Erma Jean Sinders; and his pet Lucky.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Lawson (Tim Bovenschen); his son-in-law James Teague; his granddaughters, Brandy Lammert (Eddy), Amanda Kent (James), Chelsea Garner (Jack) and Nicole LaPointe; his great grandchildren, Carly Kent, Waylon Kent and Gemma Garner; his great great grandchildren, Oakley, Lyla and Coralye; his sister Stella Fields; and his friend Janice Haney.
