He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Glen and Anna Lucille Keene (McClellan); his wife Roberta Keene (Miller); his son Christopher Reid Keene; and his siblings, Johnny Ray Keene, Paul Wilson Keene, Debbie Morrison and Thelma Ruth Wilkes.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell Ray Keene, Sr. (Lori) of Lyons, Wilson Earl Keene, Sr. (Michelle) of Bloomfield and Daniel Allen Keene (Angel) of Linton; and his brothers, Darrell Keene (Lois) of Brownsburg and Glen Keene (Bonnie) of Lyons. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
