She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus O. Lee and Lucille Lee (Kielblock); her former husband James E. "Jim" Elkins; her husband Leonard W. Lockhart; her children, Jenny Roeder, Penny Wilkerson and Larry Elkins; and her siblings, Eunice Russell, Edgar Lee and Michael Lee.
She is survived by: her son Phil Elkins of Winslow; her siblings, Margaret "Alberta" Morris of Oakland City, Geraldine "Dean" White of Shelbyville and Charles "Bud" Lee of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Christel Didat, Cathleen Triplett, Larry Elkins, Laura Elkins and Jamie Dunigan; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Simon Didat, Michael, James Triplett, Hayden, Dietrich Dunigan, Justin, August, Audrey, Chase and Charlie Elkins.
