He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Leonard, Sr. and Margaret E. (Lashbrook); his wife Carole (Zigler); and his brother Joe Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Geoff Leonard-Robinson (Steven) and Robin Terrell (Larry); his grandsons, Dustin, Darin and Jason Terrell; and his great grandchildren, Briceton, Jocelyn and Ricky.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greene County Humane Society.
