With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Tincher of Linton, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Tincher to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon M. "Preach" Hulen and Mildred "Midge" Hulen (Halderman); her son David Ryan Gastineau; her grandson Matthew; and her sister Phyllis Ann Hulen.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Gene Hammers (Todd), Karen Sue Hash (Mark), Stephanie Pieroni (Andrew) and Scott Tincher (Kristen); and her grandchildren, Benjamin Gastineau (Suzanne), Nikki Reavill (Brandon), Jeremiah James, Morgan Hash (John), Kasey Butcher (Sky), Emily Strange (Seth), Logan Hash (Tomi) of Madeline Pieroni, DVM, William Pieroni, Hadley Tincher and Amelia Tincher. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (23 S Jefferson St, Worthington, IN 47471). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
