He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Clark, Sr. and Carolyn Sue Harsha (Brochin); his sister Kathi Lynn Randolph; and his stepbrother Rick Stone. He is survived by: his brother William Joseph Clark (Anita); his half-siblings, Brian Clark, Roger Clark and Joanne Minyard; his stepsisters, Sandy McCracken, Cathy Heaton and Carrie Lunsford; and his close friend Tammy Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
