He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his children, Angie Davis, Tony Martindale (Shannon) and Ricky Lee Martindale; his grandchildren, Alicia, Kristin, Blake, Tori, Dallas and Trevor; his brother Charles "Chuck" Martindale; and his brother-in-law Ralph Kermit Barger.
