He was predeceased by: his father Ed Hoffeditz. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Jo Hoffeditz (Miller); and his brothers, Darren Hoffeditz (Wendy) and David Hoffeditz. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; three nieces and one nephew.
