He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Blevens and Frances Marie Blevens (Allee); his sister Wilma Dowdy; and his cousin Melba Wright. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Blevens (Roach); his nephews, Ron Dowdy (Editha) and Gregg Dowdy (Dianna); his niece Cindy Riggins (Grant); and his cousin Dennis Allee (Jan).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Prairie Chapel Cemetery.
