He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Leon and Fern Marie Holt (Bogan); and his stepson Joshua Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Holt; his children, Michelle Petersines, Travis Thomas and Jesse Thomas; and his sister Pat Brown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
