She was predeceased by: her grandfather Thomas M. Phillips of Marion, Ohio.. She is survived by: her parents, Timothy S. Phillips and Mary J. Phillips (Grose); her brother Adam T. Phillips of Bloomington, Indiana; her grandparents, Maryann Phillips (Greenwood), Carl E. and Mary Lou Grose (Mannasmith) of Marion, Ohio; her aunts and uncles, Brent, Kris Phillips (Matuscak) of Cary, Illinois, Bill, Carla Turner (Grose), Jeff and Angie Grose (Park); and her cousins, Brock, Kate Phillips, Kyle, Carlin, Callie Turner, Maura, Thomas, Carl and Anthony Grose.
