With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Stearns of Linton, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on January 18, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Elza Honeycutt and Eva P. Honeycutt (Boruff); her half-sister Wilma Shimer of San Pierre, IN.; her husband Paul Ray Stearns; and her son Lee Stearns.
She is survived by : her children, James L. Stearns (Jenine) of Linton, Wayne Stearns (Judy) of Lake Station, Steve Stearns of Linton, Larry Stearns of Bedford, Billy Stearns (Cindy) of Brazil, Juanita Kempski (Daniel) of Hobart and Bambi Street of Brazil; and her sister Mae Vogen of Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
