He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnnie Ellett and Frances Ada Ellett (McFarland); and his brother Jim Ellett. He is survived by : his wife Sara "Kathy" Ellett; his daughters, Barbara Osborne (John) and Lori Nicholas (James); his granddaughters, Mindy Marshall (Mike), Haily Wellington (Thomas), Harley Street and Bonni Rustman (Dustin); his brother Kenneth Ellett; and also Donnie Strosnider. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
