He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Frederick and Helen Frederick (Blakely); and his brother Michael Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Frederick of Linton; his daughter Shana Flowers (Doug) of Laurens, SC; his pet Storm; his mother-in-law Agnes Tempe; and his sisters, Susan Adams and Catherine McCarty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (140 E Vincennes St, Linton, IN 47441).
