She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Hensley and Katherine Hensley (Bough); and her siblings, Larry Hensley and Jana Souders. She is survived by: her children, Kegan Surber (Magen) and Chassidy Surber (Bob); her sister-in-law Sara Hensley; her grandchildren, Addilyn, Amelia, Sophie and Max; and her niece Adrianna. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
