He is survived by: his son Stephen Franklin (Christina) of Terre Haute; his grandchildren, Ellie Franklin, Emma Franklin and Easton Franklin; his sister Susan Franklin Heacox; his nephews, Andrew Heacox and Alex Heacox; and his siblings, Jami Goodwin Howard and Dan Carter (Carla). He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (140 E Vincennes St, Linton, IN 47441). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
