With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Burt Buzbee of Logansport, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lowell Buzbee and Francis Louise Buzbee (Boldry); his sister Melba Kathryn Samuels (Buzbee); his son David William Buzbee; his daughter-in-law Billie Jo Buzbee; and his grandson Shelton Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Louisa Buzbee (Dibble); his children, Janet Louise Ellison (Dennis), Joseph Lowell Buzbee (Sheryl) and Kathryn Rani Bushaw (Jeff Sedam) of Logansport; and his grandchildren, Jonthan Buzbee (Angela), Mary Moore Houlton (Mike Berry) of Maine, Naomi McKinley Logansport (Joe), Joshua Buzbee Sparta of Wisconsin, Jerrad Buzbee Logansport (Isbel), Jordan Buzbee Chattanooga (Savanna) of Tennessee, Aaron Bushaw, Haley Bushaw Logansport (Talon Smith), Hannah Miller Mishawaka (Tim) and Christopher Cicchelli Schoolcraft (Sierra) of Michigan. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
