He was predeceased by: his father Gene Unger; his spouse Sharan Unger (Grable); and his brother Charlie Unger. He is survived by: his mother Doris Unger (Sands); his daughters, Kathryn Poirier (Andy) and Abigail Unger; his grandchildren, Baylee, Madison, McKenzi, Case, Eli and Zeke; his pet Coco; and his siblings, Maryann Walker, Susan Follett (David), Scot Unger (Pam) and Matt Unger (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
