He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bailey and Riva Bailey (Arnett); and his son Scott Brian Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Rita C. Bailey (Culp); his grandson Alex Bailey of Logansport; his great grandchild Atlas Bailey; his sister Versie Bailey of Milan; and his friend Janet Arnold.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gundrum Funeral Home (1603 E Broadway St, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
