She was predeceased by: her parents, David Tipton and Florence J. Svoma; her husband James "Jim" Lowe; her son Jeffrey Eric Lowe; her brother Alan Hughes; and her in-laws, Marian Starbuck and Melba Spangler.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Scott (Dana) and Robin Lowe (Maureen); her grandchildren, Nick Erickson (Maggie), Kirsten Erickson (Caleb Koontz), Melissa Swisshelm (Matt), Michael Lowe, Adam Scott (Jessica) and Ashley Pedigo (Andy); her in-laws, Pat Starbuck, Dave Lowe (Lori) and Jerry Spangler; Baylie. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gundrum Funeral Home (1603 E Broadway St, Logansport, IN 46947). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice, Pleasant Escape, or St. James Lutheran Church.
