He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton E. Johnson and Evelyn Johnson (Smith); his wife Priscilla Ann Johnson; and his daughter-in-law Susan Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce A. Johnson (Rundi) of Oakdale, CA and Robert A. Johnson (Kristen Nelson) of Oregon, WI; his grandchildren, Travis Johnson, Everett Johnson, Logan Johnson and Alex Johnson; his brother Don A. Johnson (Joanie) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his nephews, Matt and Paul Johnson.
Memorials in Dean's honor may be made to Calvary Presbyterian Church.
